Advisor to the CEO / the Management (m/f/x)
Your responsibilities
  • Support of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the management in all conceptual and strategic issues incl. the preparation of plans
  • Information research, analysis as well as data preparation at the highest level
  • Assessment of opportunities and risks of business transactions with a special focus on the realisation of long-term corporate goals, value enhancement and mergers & acquisitions
  • Management and implementation of cross-divisional international projects of the management as well as PMO function
  • Definition and optimisation of processes and structures up to the preparation of recommendations for action
Your profile
  • Degree in business administration
  • Several years of professional experience as a strategic consultant in an international, private equity-led organisation or a management consultancy, ideally with assignments abroad
  • Experience in cross-functional project management in the control, coordination as well as prioritisation of activities for the company’s development
  • Confident working with MS Office
  • Fluent in business English and German as well as other optional foreign languages
  • Very independent, dynamic and highly-motivated team player with strong, intercultural competence
  • Strategic-entrepreneurial understanding as well as excellent, cross-functional communication across all levels
  • Ability to get the job done in cases of urgency, and also presentation skills
