Project Manager (m/f/x)
with focus on Project Management Office (PMO)
Your responsibilities
  • Participation in managing the strategic corporate project portfolio across the entire project lifecycle
  • Advancement of enhancements and process improvements within the PMO function
  • Contribution to international strategic projects in a cross-functional environment
  • Assistance in project planning, including budget and resource coordination with project leads
  • Support in project monitoring, reporting and performance tracking across the portfolio
  • Collaboratively driving the implementation of project management methods, tools, and best practices
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of decision papers and presentations for top management and the executive board 
Your profile
  • Completed business-related studies; master´s degree is an advantage
  • Practical experience in a professional environment, e.g. internship in an international company or in a management consultancy, related to managing and prioritising tasks as well as coordinating project-related activities; professional experience is not required 
  • Initial experience in building internal and external stakeholder relationships is a plus
  • Affinity for IT and AI technologies, with interest in leveraging digital tools for data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation
  • Excellent command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Business fluent in English and proficient in German
  • Highly independent and motivated team player with strong intercultural as well as analytical competence
  • Strong execution skills under high urgency and confident in presentations
