International expatriate assignment in Bangkok for 2-3 years

Your responsibilities

Leadership of the Finance, Controlling and Accounting team with disciplinary and functional responsibility
Supervision of accounting, financial reporting, cash management and internal control activities
Ensuring adherence to Group financial control methods, policies and reporting standards
Partnering with local management and Group Finance stakeholders to support business performance and decision-making
Preparation, analysis and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, investments, operating expenses and working capital
Provision of financial analyses, performance reporting and business decision support
Management of auditing, taxation, treasury, insurance and compliance-related activities
Acting as SAP FI/CO Key User, enhancing controlling processes, reporting tools and SAP solutions in collaboration with IT

Your profile

Completed studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Information Systems
Several years of professional and leadership experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling within an international company, ideally complemented by assignments abroad
Extensive expertise in finance, accounting and controlling, incl. financial planning, reporting, budgeting, performance analysis, IFRS, taxation and internal controls
Strategic business partnering competence combined with strong financial, commercial and operational understanding
Good understanding of SAP and related business processes
Business fluent in English and fluent in Thai
Strong analytical, conceptual and decision-making skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and results-driven approach

Initial employment with the Rodenstock GmbH in Munich, prior to the assignment in Thailand.
